Yaiza & Stefan’s Wedding at Son Togores in Mallorca, Spain
A stone courtyard ceremony, a garden reception and dinner beneath strings of lights: Yaiza and Stefan’s wedding unfolded through the distinctive spaces of Son Togores in Mallorca.
On 29 August 2026, approximately 200 guests gathered for a destination wedding that brought the property’s historic architecture and Mediterranean surroundings into every stage of the celebration. Carla Bueno Weddings & Events led the project through Full Planning, from the arrangements with the venue and catering team to the logistics supporting the day.
Son Togores: A Mediterranean Setting in Mallorca
Stone façades and doorways gave the ceremony its architectural frame. Beyond the courtyard, the gardens introduced a more open setting for the reception and dinner, with the surrounding Mallorca landscape extending the sense of place.
The wedding made use of these different environments, allowing the celebration to develop across the property. Each setting had its own character, connected by white floral details that continued from the ceremony into the reception.
A Ceremony in the Stone Courtyard
White flowers lined the aisle between rows of wooden chairs. Against the stone architecture, the arrangement kept the courtyard’s proportions and textures in view.
The setting placed Yaiza and Stefan at the centre of the ceremony, with the doorway, flowers and seating forming a clear composition around them.
A Garden Reception and Dinner Beneath the Lights
White Flowers, Pink Ribbons and Gold-Toned Details
At the reception, white floral arrangements were paired with pink ribbons, gold-toned cutlery and beaded glass chargers. These details brought colour and texture to the tables while remaining closely connected to the garden setting.
The transition into evening introduced another layer. Strings of lights stretched above the outdoor dinner, framing the tables as the celebration continued after dark.
Planning a Destination Wedding for Approximately 200 Guests
Venue and Catering Arrangements
Behind the celebration was a planning process that connected Son Togores with the catering arrangements, financial organisation and wider wedding logistics.
Carla Bueno Weddings & Events coordinated with the venue and managed catering planning and communication, including the tasting and catering conditions. Payment tracking and an expense overview kept the financial arrangements within the same overall process.
Arrangements for Guests
Babysitting arrangements and invitation-related planning formed part of that preparation, alongside the logistics required for a wedding of approximately 200 guests.
These responsibilities reached beyond the visible ceremony and reception. They supported the organisation of a celebration experienced across several spaces, bringing practical arrangements and the wedding programme together under one planning team.
For Yaiza and Stefan, Son Togores provided the setting; the planning connected the many components that allowed the celebration to take shape there.
