Francesca & Giuseppe’s Wedding in Zug, Switzerland

Francesca and Giuseppe celebrated their wedding in Zug on 13 June 2026, welcoming approximately 180 guests to a church ceremony followed by a reception at a nearby venue.

Historic architecture and white flowers shaped the ceremony setting. At the reception, floral details and candle arrangements continued the celebration, while waterfront portraits offered a quieter visual contrast to the gathering.

Carla Bueno Weddings & Events was responsible for Full Planning, connecting the preparations for both locations with the transport, music and timing of the day.

A Church Ceremony in Zug

The church’s stone exterior and tall spire gave way to an interior of high arches and wooden pews. White flowers lined the aisle, following the architecture towards the ceremony.

Preparation began with a site visit and coordination with the church and sacristan. Ceremony requirements included the carpet, reserved signage and the USB needed for the service.

These arrangements were considered alongside the ceremony music and the wider timeline, placing the church preparations within the complete wedding plan.

Guest Information and Table Details

The reception brought together a table plan, welcome sign, menus and guest-name elements. Carla Bueno Weddings & Events coordinated these components alongside the decorative materials, plates and service arrangements.

The scale of the preparation extended to 20 table candelabras and six for the couple’s table, with approximately 180 candles and the batteries required for them. Preparing and cleaning the candelabras was also part of the process.

These were precise, practical responsibilities within a celebration for approximately 180 guests. They connected the reception’s visual details with the materials and arrangements needed to put them in place.

Bringing Two Locations into One Wedding Day

Timing, Music and Transport

The ceremony and reception were organised within a shared timeline, with transportation planning and music and entertainment coordination forming part of the overall preparation.

A Mercedes-Benz 190 SL was arranged for the wedding day through Fredy’s Classic Car Rent in Bassersdorf. Serena provided the ceremony music, while DJ Alexandre was responsible for the DJ entertainment.

Carla Bueno Weddings & Events coordinated the wedding timeline and the arrangements surrounding these different components. Church requirements, reception preparation and transport were brought together within the same planning process, rather than handled as separate events.

Portraits Beside the Water

Along the waterfront, Francesca and Giuseppe were photographed together with a white bridal bouquet. The open setting offered a different backdrop from the church interior and reception details.

These portraits complete the story of their wedding in Zug: a celebration spanning two locations, supported by detailed preparation across the ceremony, reception and the movements between them.
