Our wedding planning service begins, a month before your wedding day.

We will conduct the ceremony and reception according to your plans and specifications, so that your special day is flawless. On your wedding day, we will be your direct line of communication for family, the wedding party, guests and vendors. Our team will communicate with and guide your vendors for set-up according to your timeline.

The Coordination of the Wedding Day Service is an online service available for Weddings with 200 guests or less* booked at least one month before the Wedding day.

In one or two hours after your purchase, the Coordination of the Wedding Day in Switzerland service, you will receive an email from us to schedule a video call, on a date at least three weeks before the Wedding day, with the Wedding Planner and CEO, Carla Bueno.

Step 1

During the phone call with Carla Bueno, (approximately between 30 and 45 minutes) she will collect all the information she deems necessary for your wedding day and she will explain to you how your magical day will be.

Step 2

Step 3 – Ceremony

• Location set-up & coordination of vendors
• 12 hours of wedding day coordination with one Carla Bueno Weddings and Events coordinator and two Assistants (*additional hours available for fee)
• Procession and recession coordination
• Handle all personal items for ceremony & reception (guest book, toasting flutes, favors, etc.)
• Emergency wedding day kit (if needed)

Step 4 – Reception

• Guest coordination and assistence
• Location set-up and coordination of vendors
• Distribute final payment and gratuities to vendors
• Post reception clean-up (secure personal items, facilitate transportation, etc)
